Patch notes:
- Fixed bug where the skill tooltips would be tiny and unreadable
- Player no longer skips turn when trying to move into occupied space or is otherwise immobilized
- Added 'immobilized' popup when player tries to move when immobilized
- Added tip popup explaining immobilizing effects
- Fixed tip popup bug concerning duplicate tips
- tip popups can no longer appear directly above player
